PowerLevel is a movie, TV and video game review site operated by Hobbit Academy E.I.R.L., Peruvian tax ID (RUC) 20616427921, Oxapampa, Pasco, Perú (henry@hobbitacademy.net.pe).

You must be 14 or older to have an account. It is the same account for every Hobbit Academy site.

When you post, you agree to write reviews and complaints in good faith, not to coordinate votes or reviews with other accounts to manipulate scores, and to respect moderation decisions, which you can appeal.

We may quarantine or exclude content our system flags as coordinated manipulation, reversibly and with human review.

Some links are affiliate links (Amazon Associates and game stores): if you buy through them we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.

The "cafecito" is a voluntary contribution to keep the site running and does not unlock anything extra. You see the final amount before paying, with no hidden fees. If you paid by mistake or twice, write to us within 7 days and we will refund it. Card payments are processed by Culqi; we never see or store your card number.

You can delete your account at any time from your Hobbit Academy account (https://grupo.hobbitacademy.net.pe/cuenta#tus-datos).

Complaints book (Libro de Reclamaciones): https://powerlevel.hobbitacademy.net.pe/es/libro-de-reclamaciones. These terms are governed by the laws of Peru; filing a complaint does not prevent you from going to Indecopi. If the languages differ, the Spanish version prevails.
